Sauteed corn, broccoli, pork wrapped egg (Japanese Scotch Eggs),
cherry tomato, shitake, mushroom sauteed baby cabbage and brown rice.
Tips: Usually, I don't cook rice everyday since brown rice needs to be soaked for a while before cooking. Even though, it takes longer to cook than normal white rice. To save time, I usually cook batch of rice and reheat it when eat.
