Brown rice, sauteed corn, white bitter melon, stew bean,
mushroom stirfried baby cabbage.
This is the first time I ever saw the white bitter melon. It tastes a bit bitter than the green one, but otherwise are much the same. It's fun to use the white one since I never cook this kind before.
